All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

5. International Shipping
Currently, Thrive Shop may or may not offer international shipping. Please contact us to confirm availability for your country.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Thrive Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.
